Meet Maddy, the human behind Fieldkind Studio
Hi there! I’m Maddy, a storyteller, outdoor enthusiast, and the girl behind Fieldkind Studio. Growing up in Colorado sparked my love for the outdoors and, eventually, my fascination with capturing it on camera.
Somehow, my outdoorsy nature and media-oriented mind landed me in (drumroll) mid Missouri, where I earned my bachelor's degree in Convergence Journalism from the University of Missouri. From there, I spent 4 years as a video editor for a midwest advertising agency, working on everything from NBA commercials to healthcare testimonials, and learning lots along the way.
Fieldkind Studio is the result of tying the experience I've gained back to what I love. Whether I’m filming on location or editing in the studio, my goal is the same: to help outdoor brands tell stories that spark adventure, just like they did for me.
